Shipping policy

At Myrionea, we value every order and strive to provide a reliable shipping experience. Because we operate using the dropshipping model, products may be shipped directly from trusted suppliers located in different regions. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique products while maintaining fair prices.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be transferred to our supplier for shipment. At this point, orders cannot be canceled or modified.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on the supplier’s location, destination country, and local customs processing.

  • Estimated delivery timeframe:

    • Europe: 7–20 business days

    • North America: 10–25 business days

    • Rest of World: 15–35 business days

  • Please note these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to customs, local couriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In some cases, suppliers may charge additional handling fees. These costs are also passed on to the customer.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Unless stated, shipping fees are not included in product prices.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, tariffs, or other charges imposed by your local authorities.

  • All such fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect or control these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

  • If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and the package is returned, original shipping fees will not be refunded. Additional return costs may also be deducted from your refund.


5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (if available).

  • Tracking updates depend on the supplier and local postal services. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking to become active.

  • Some carriers may not provide full tracking until the parcel reaches your country.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds. Customers are responsible for contacting their local courier or postal office.

  • In rare cases where suppliers confirm a package as permanently lost before delivery, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund for the product cost only (shipping fees excluded).


7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Orders cannot be refunded due to address errors entered by the customer.


8. Split Shipments

  • To speed up delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different suppliers.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

  • This is normal with dropshipping and does not affect your order.


9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If a package is returned to us due to refusal of customs fees, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will cover the product cost only, minus shipping charges and any return handling fees.


10. Changes to This Shipping Policy

  • We may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or supplier changes. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting.
