Refund policy

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, assembled, or customized cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, cosmetics, and personal care items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • You must notify us of your return request via [your email address].

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, the product cost (excluding the original shipping fee) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that bank processing times are beyond our control.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
In rare cases where your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days with photo evidence. In such cases:

  • Customers do not pay return shipping,

  • A free replacement or a full refund will be issued.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products requested for return after the 14-day period,

  • Discounted or clearance items (“final sale”),

  • Personalized or made-to-order products.
