Refund policy
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
2. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Products that have been worn, washed, assembled, or customized cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, cosmetics, and personal care items are non-returnable.
3. Return Process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the product cost (excluding the original shipping fee) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that bank processing times are beyond our control.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In rare cases where your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days with photo evidence. In such cases:

Customers do not pay return shipping,

A free replacement or a full refund will be issued.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Products requested for return after the 14-day period,

Discounted or clearance items (“final sale”),

Personalized or made-to-order products.
